Colds and flu: what’s the difference?
During the winter months, the number of people who suffer from colds and flu soars.
Both are respiratory infections and they share similar symptoms. As they are caused by viruses, antibiotics have no effect on them. But what’s the difference between them?
Colds
Symptoms of the common cold can be caused by more than two hundred different viruses, which is why you can’t be immune to the common cold; immunity to a single cold virus will not protect you against the other 199 or so!
It’s estimated that children have between four and eight colds a year, while adults have around two to four. You can catch a cold at any time of the year, but they are more common during the autumn and winter months.
Generally, cold symptoms develop gradually, but symptoms should begin to imporove after a few days.
Common cold symptoms include:
- Runny or blocked nose, with mucus
- Sneezing
- Cough
- Sore throat
However, people may also experience a mild fever (especially children), fatigue, earache and headache.
Flu
Just three viruses are responsible for the misery we know as flu. The viruses are capable of undergoing small genetic changes, which often lead to new viral strains.
Having flu one year does not mean that you will be immune to the virus the following year as a new viral strain may be circulating.
Flu can cause severe illness, especially among the very young, the elderly and people with underlying medical conditions.
The symptoms of flu usually develop much more quickly than those of a cold, and can be more severe. These should improve after a week, but can leave the person still feeling weak and tired.
Common flu symptoms include:
- Sudden fever – a temperature of 38°C (100.4°F) or above
- Sudden dry, chesty cough
- Headache
- Tiredness
- Chills
- Aches in muscles and joints
- Sore throat
- Runny nose
- Sneezing
- Loss of appetite
- Difficulty sleeping
Most colds and flu can be treated at home with rest, drinking plenty of fluids and taking painkillers such as paracetamol.
When to visit the doctor
People at high risk of complications such as the over-65s, pregnant women, those with chronic health conditions or who have weakened immune systems should visit the doctor if they suspect they have flu.
Anyone with severe symptoms such as shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, coughing up blood, chest pain, unusually severe headache, severe or persistent vomiting, or a very high temperature should always be checked by a doctor, whether or not it’s caused by the flu or a cold.
In addition to these, children should be seen by a doctor if their skin turns a bluish/grey colour, if they are difficult to wake, lack alertness or are lethargic or if their flu-like symptoms appear to improve but return again with fever and a cough.
Prevention
Flu and cold viruses are spread from person to person by droplets or aerosols produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes. You can become infected by breathing in the aerosols or touching a surface contaminated with the virus, then touching your own face.
Good hygiene can help to lower your risk of becoming infected:
- Cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing. Use a tissue
- Throw used tissues into a bin; don’t leave them lying around
- Wash hands frequently with soap and water to stop the virus spreading from hands to face
- Clean hard surfaces (e.g. door handles) regularly using normal cleaning products
An annual flu vaccine is free to those at high risk of complications.

HOW TO REPLENISH MAGNESIUM LEVEL IN THE BODY QUICKLY & KEEP IT HIGH
By Galina St George
Oral supplementation is probably the first one most of us will think of when we talk about topping up our level of magnesium in the body. However, not all of us can absorb oral magnesium efficiently, especially if the digestive system is clogged up with impurities, or is not very efficient – which is true of the majority of the world population over the age of 30. Even when it is healthy, much of magnesium we take orally passes through the body unabsorbed, and if we take too much then even less of it will be absorbed, since it is a laxative.
This makes transdermal magnesium supplementation a much more suitable and attractive option for most people. Transdermally, magnesium gets into the cells – where it is most needed – much more quickly than it does when taken by mouth.
The most popular ways to supplement magnesium transdermally is by taking a bath, using magnesium spray, or in a massage. Body spray and massage are most economical ways to do it. Just spray or massage the body with magnesium oil once a day after a bath or a shower. Leave it on for 1 hour, or even overnight if you can, and you should feel the relaxing and tension relieving effects of magnesium very soon.
Transdermally, magnesium can also be administered in baths, foot baths and compresses. For a bath I suggest using magnesium flakes as the more economical way to achieve the best concentration. Use about 500g -1kg of magnesium chloride flake in a bath, and 250g – 500g in a foot bath. Such procedures are most beneficial before bed time, since deep relaxation resulting from and increase of magnesium in the body will certainly promote sleep.
ALTERNATIVES TO MAGNESIUM OIL & FLAKE
Although Magnesium Chloride is deemed by experts to be the easiest absorbed form of magnesium, there are other well-known sources of magnesium – Epsom Salt and Dead Sea salt. Epsom salt contains magnesium bound by sulphur, which is more suitable for some purposes where sulphur compounds are important – e.g. in liver detox and in treating children with Asperger’s syndrome.

FAR-INFRARED MAGNESIUM WRAP – POWERFUL WAY TO OPTIMISE MAGNESIUM LEVELS TRANSDERMALLY
This is an amazingly relaxing and therapeutic treatment which I have developed recently. It is aimed at those who are desperately deficient in magnesium and need quick supplementation. The treatment uses far-infrared heat to open up pores and boost circulation not only in the skin, but in deeper body structures. With the pores open and blood flow increased, magnesium stands a better chance to be absorbed quickly and in large quantities.
The treatment is preceded by a massage to stimulate circulation and soften up the tissues. The infrared heat helps open up the cell membranes, which contributes towards magnesium absorption.
Apart from being very therapeutic, the treatment is thoroughly relaxing, thanks to the effects of magnesium and the infrared heat. It promotes detoxification on the cellular level, helps to relieve aches, pains, muscle spasms, arthritis, sleep problems, fatigue, boost immunity, promote relaxation, help relieve water retention and is a really great start to a weight loss programme. People generally lose a lot of water during the treatment which has an added physical effect of feeling lighter afterwards.
One of my customers described the way she felt during the treatment as “wrapped in a soft cocoon”, and another said that it felt “like being in a mother’s womb waiting to be born”.

Research shows vitamin D has natural anti-depressant action
Here is a reference to another very good article about the role of Vitamin D as a natural antidepressant:

10 Natural Antidepressants to Boost Your Spirits. Role of Magnesium in Preventing & treating Depression
Another winter is coming. While the large majority of people can adjust to the seasonal changes thanks to the body’s adaptive mechanisms, and just go with it naturally, there is no secret that some dread the onset of yet another period of longer nights and shorter days, little sunshine and cold temperatures. For most it is the lack of sunshine that leads to the slump in energy levels and low spirits.
I found a good article about various natural ways of dealing with winter blues. These strategies are not new, but perhaps forgotten by some. I am particularly interested in the role of vitamin D3 in dealing with depression. And of course we should not forget that MAGNESIUM plays a crucial role in the release and uptake of serotonin by brain cells.

10 Natural Antidepressants to Boost Your Spirits
By Shannon Bnidler & Margalit Ward
“What do you do when you’re feeling blue? We all want to be happier, yet as a society depression is on the rise. As life coaches we believe each person has unique solutions to their problems. While antidepressants are the answer for some with clinical depression, others may seek natural methods in addition to or as an alternative to taking medication. While there is no cure-all for depression, there is research supporting several natural options that may help boost our minds as well as our spirits.
1. Get your hands in the dirt. Gardening has long been known for its meditative, relaxing, and grounding effects. Medical News Today reports that UK scientists have discovered friendly bacteria in soil that reportedly affects the brain in a way similar to antidepressants by increasing the release of serotonin. A great, easy to follow gardening guide is RHS Gardening Month by Month, by Ian Spence.
2. Meditate. Many of us have all heard that meditation reduces stress. Scientists are now beginning to uncover evidence that meditation has a tangible effect on the brain. Professor Mark Williams, from the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Oxford conducted a trial study reported by the BBC News, indicates that meditation reduces the likelihood of depression by over 50%. “It suggests to people that they begin to see all their thoughts as just thoughts, whether they are positive, negative or neutral.” Get Self Centered offers meditation workshops and retreats across the US. Or, learn to practice from home with Jack Kornfield’s downloadable audiobook, Meditation for Beginners.
3. Burn Incense. Incense has long been used in religious rituals and hippy living rooms across the globe to create a peaceful environment. In a new study (that can be found at The Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology (FASEB) Journal an international team of scientists have discovered how burning frankincense (resin from the Boswellia plant) activates poorly understood ion channels in the brain that alleviate depression. Floracopeia provides high quality, organic frankincense available as incense and essential oil.
4. Ingest a yellow flower. St. John’s Wort is a wild yellow flower that has been used for medicinal purposes for thousands of years. There is some scientific evidence that St. John’s Wort is helpful in treating mild to moderate depression. Two large studies, one sponsored by the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM), showed that the herb may be helpful for treating mild depression, however it may not be effective for treating major depression…
5. Eat Sushi. Research has shown that fatty fish oil can actually improve wellbeing. People suffering from depression have lower levels of omega-3 fatty acids in the blood. One study (Nemets & Belmaker – American Journal of Psychiatry) showed that the lower the level of EPA, the more severe the clinical depression. In addition, fish oil supplementation reduced suicidal tendencies and improved the well being when 40 people were given fish oil or placebo for 12 weeks (Hallahan, Hibbeln, Davis – British Journal of Psychiatry). Fish oil can be found in raw and cooked fish and can also be taken as a dietary supplement. Zebra Organics is a great source for high quality, organic fish oil supplements.
6. Move your body. Talk a walk, ride a bike, hit the gym, or go dancing. Science indicates that people who regularly exercise benefit from positive boosts in mood and reduce the risk of depression. When you exercise, the body naturally releases chemicals called endorphins that trigger positive feelings in the body and mind.
7. Use natural sweeteners such as Agave Nectar or Maple Syrup. Some studies have linked the use of refined sugar to depression. Author William Dufty creates a strong argument for avoiding sugar in his book Sugar Blues. Another interesting book on the subject is Sugar Shock, by Connie Bennett with Stephen Sinatra, M.D. Natural sweeteners such as Agave (a sweet cactus nectar) and maple syrup (a sweetener made from the sap of maple trees) can be used as natural alternatives to refined sugar.
8. Get in the sunshine. Vitamin D has been shown to increase levels of serotonin in the brain. Researchers from the University of Toronto noticed that people who were suffering from depression, particularly those with seasonal affective disorder, tended to improve as their levels of vitamin D in the body increased over the normal course of a year. The recommendation is to allow yourself limited, unprotected sun exposure in the early morning and late afternoon (no more than 15 minutes for light-skinned individuals, 40 minutes for darker skin)…
9. Have a good laugh. Have you ever noticed the physical response you sometimes have after a good laugh? Studies show that laughter fights the onset of depression by reducing stress hormones. The positive results of laughter may encourage people to relax and release the stress that often causes depression. Reading the comics, watching your favorite sitcom, or listening to a comedian may actually be a prescription for happiness.
10. Use depression to make you stronger. Can depression actually make you healthier? A recent article from the BBC News features Dr Paul Keedwell, an expert on mood disorders at the Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London. Keedwell says that depression is not a human defect at all, but a defense mechanism that in its mild and moderate forms can force a healthy reassessment of personal circumstances. “Don’t beat yourself up about being depressed, in most cases it will run its course provided you take yourself out of the situation that caused it.” Depression can actually serve a purpose, deepening and enriching the human experience. By overcoming challenging times in our lives, we can actually become stronger evolutionarily speaking.
Simply recognizing we are feeling depressed can be the first step towards changing it. We all experience difficult stages in our lives and while we recommend seeing a professional to help alleviate clinical depression, we also have found that little changes in our diet and lifestyle can go a long way. So the next time the blues get you down, you can try lighting up some frankincense, ordering a fish taco, and chowing it down in the sunshine. Hey, worth a try. ”

ROLE OF MAGNESIUM IN PREVENTING AND TREATING DEPRESSION
I would like to add to this article that MAGNESIUM plays a crucial role in the release and uptake of serotonin by the brain cells. When there is sufficient magnesium in the body we produce enough serotonin and are in balance. When magnesium levels are depleted, which is especially the case in winter months, since so much of it is needed for various body processes, serotonin levels fall, and we all experience the effect of it to a certain degree.

MAGNESIUM OIL – MAKE YOUR OWN
I am often asked a question: “How can I make my own magnesium oil? What would be the ratio of water to the flakes?”
Here is what my supplier who is a scientist says:
“The flakes are 47% magnesium chloride, and about 50.5% water. A 33%
solution means that there will be 33% magnesium chloride.
So, 100 grams of flakes (which contain 50.5 grams of water) will need an
extra 42 grams of water. (1g of water equals 1ml of water)
The 47 grams of magnesium chloride will then be dissolved in 142 grams of
solution, giving the 33% strength that is required.
This can be scaled up to a convenient batch size – every kilogram of flakes
will require 420 grams of water to be added.”
Good luck with it!

DEAD SEA SALT – NATURAL SOURCE OF MAGNESIUM
Dead Sea salt is one of the richest sources of magnesium. It comes in the form of magnesium chloride, which is considered by experts to provide magnesium which is more easily available to the body, since it is absorbed more easily through the skin.
Dead Sea as it is today was formed over billions of years, as a result of continuous evaporation of sea water, which has happened because the sea has no connection with the ocean at present time. Dead Sea is one of the most ancient seas on Earth, based 400 metres below the sea level. The process of evaporation of the water from Dead Sea has produced a phenomenon which lives up to its name, since no life can survive in the highly saline environment of Dead Sea.
High mineralisation of the sea has been used by people for hundreds of thousands of years, with the popularity of Dead Sea growing steadily. It attracts countless numbers of health tourists wishing to improve their joint mobility, address skin problems, nervous complaints, rejuvenate, and simply relieve stress and “recharge batteries”.
Dead Sea has given us two famous products – the salt and the mud, which are used extensively on their own, as well as ingredients in health and beauty products.
Dead Sea is incredibly rich in minerals and numerous other precious substances, and has a very high level of magnesium. It also contains all the essential elements of the Periodic table which are encountered and used by the body, and countless other precious substances.
Because of the high concentration of the water, the salt is actually part of the environment, with salt deposits all over the area. The sea water is so saturated with the salt that floating on the surface of the sea comes effortlessly.
Extensive scientific research has demonstrated excellent results for its effectiveness in the treatment of various skin problems such as acne, psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema. Because of its high levels of magnesium and bromide, the salt has been used widely to treat nervous disorders and musculo-skeletal complaints, such as arthritis, as well as inflammatory conditions of all body systems.

Chernobyl today – nature observations
I have just come across an article about scientific observations of the Chernobyl area – its nature and the effects of radiation on plants and animals 25 years after the accident. It is an interesting, impassionate, objective assessment of the envirnonment in the zone. Here is the link to the article: http://www.bbc.co.uk/nature/14250489.
OTHER MAGNESIUM-RICH SALTS & PRODUCTS
Magnesium chloride hexahydrate, which comes to us in the form of magnesium flake, oil and gel, is not the only salt which is known for its high level of magnesium. Even before we found out about its wonderful therapeutic effects on the body and mind, we had its great alternatives to turn to – magnesium sulphate (Epsom salt), and Dead Sea salt, as well as Dead Sea mud.
While Epsom salt has become known for its relaxing, pain and stress-reducing properties relatively recently, Dead Sea has been used by people and animals for thousands of years. It is possibly the most popular resort destination even now. People from all over the world come to Dead Sea to treat skin problems such as eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, musculo-skeletal, nervous disorders, with inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis among them. A high level of magnesium in Dead Sea water is being used to treat circulatory problems, heart disease, abnormal blood pressure, anxiety, depression, fertility issues, and countless other conditions.
Even though the magic of the sea and the sun combined have an unsurpassed effect on the body and mind, luckily, we do not need to go to sometimes unaffordable to many Dead Sea resorts to alleviate our problems. Dead Sea products are easily available to all, and we can use them any time we need in in a bath, body wrap, compress, foot bath, or – as is the case with the mud – in a local mud application to affected areas, face mask, and yes – body wrap.
To make a relaxing and therapeutic bath with Dead Sea salt, use 500g-1kg of salt (depending on how intense you want your experience to be) in a warm to very warm water. Add some lavender oil to enhance its relaxing effect – 5-10 drops per bath. if your skin is quite dry, add some sweet almond or olive oil to the bath – 2 table spoonfuls would be sufficient. Shake the water well. Not only will it nourish the skin, it will also help condition the hair. To achieve tong-term therapeutic effect, it is important to have such baths regularly, at least once a week, with 2-3 times a week being the best option.
For a foot bath, use 200g of Dead Sea salt, adding some rosemary and peppermint to it if your feet are aching after a busy day. The water temperature should be adjusted to your needs. I prefer it cool after a hot day, and warm on a cold evening, with peppermint replaced for a warming and circulation-stimulating eucalyptus oil.
For a body wrap – use a 10% salt solution. It is easier with the mud, since Dead Sea mud is a ready-to-use product, so just needs warming up and applied on the body and the face. However, even with mud there are a lot of suggestions and options to try.
One of my suggestions is – make a purifying and revitalising Dead Sea scrub. Use fine Dead Sea salt and mud, in equal proportion, either as is, or with some of your favourite essential oils. Add some extra-virgin olive oil, or sweet almond oil. Mix well and apply on the body in circular movements. Scrub the body well. Wash off. The same scrub can be used as a face exfoliator. Make sure that the body and face are free from any infections and eruptions before using any scrubs.
A mix of Dead Sea Mud and Salt, without the essential oil and vegetable oil, can be used in body wraps. The addition of the salt to the mud will intensify the effect of the healing effect of both. Extra salt will also act as a circulation-booster, and will promote sweating – a great start to weight loss programmes. The use of the mud is not recommended for pregnant women, and people with tumours, heart disease and abnormal blood pressure. This is due to the high saturation of the mud with biologically active substances which while being exceptionally beneficial for a healthy person, can over-stimulate a vulnerable one – an undesirable effect in the cases I have mentioned earlier. Limit yourself to the use of the salt then.
For chronically blocked sinuses, use a 1% solution of Dead Sea salt and water, 2-3 times a day, to flush the sinuses (use a large pipette).
For the sore throat and gums, the concentration can be increased – use 1 tbsp (20g) per 200g of warm water. This makes a 10% solution. Rinse the mouth and throat as many times as necessary.
The same procedures as with Dead Sea salt can be used with Epsom salt. Epsom salt is also a great product for detoxification procedures – internally and transdermally. This is due not only to its high level of magnesium, but of sulphur, which is part of the sulphate compound. Sulphur is an essential building block for our body – proteins simply cannot be created without sulphur, so the body uses a lot of it. Sulphur is also a vital component in detoxification processes, binding phenols and other harmful substances, and this property is being used in detoxification procedures with Epsom salt.
I can describe one very effective procedure for internal detox which is being used in Russia:
Liver flush. Helps open the bile ducts and relax eliminatory channels. This is how it is done: 2 teaspoonfuls of Epsom salt are mixed in a cup (250ml) of warm water. The solution is taken warm in the morning, then a hot water bottle on the liver area (to make it warm and not hot a towel can be used to wrap it). The person lies in bed until there is an urge to empty the bowel. Normally done once a week. Lemon herbal tea with honey (milk thistle, camomile and calendula are a good choice) and drunk throughout the day complements the cleansing effect of the procedure.
It has been researched that Epsom salt has shown to have a profound therapeutic effect on children with such neurological conditions as ADHD and autism. Such research has shown that these children’s bodies are low in sulphate – on average 15% lower than normal, and high levels of toxins – heavy metals, phenols, food colourings and artificial flavourings, etc. So the obvious solution would be to raise the levels of sulphur and magnesium in the body, and reduce the amount of toxins. Epsom salt has the ability to do both, by supplementing the body both with magnesium and sulphur, to promote the removal of toxins and top up magnesium levels, which have been proved to be very low in children with ADHD and autism.
For the same reasons, Epsom salt would be beneficial to adults who suspect that they are suffering from a toxic overload and low levels of magnesium.
The best way to use Epsom salt is by having a bath with it. Use 500g of it per bath, 2-3 times a week, for a profound therapeutic effect.

Mineral Therapy for Radiation Protection
Since the subject of the nuclear fallout from the earthquake in Japan is going to be on top of the list for health-conscious people and health professionals for an indefinite period of time, I think it is important to spread the message of the importance of minerals in protecting us all from radiation, as well as general heavy metal toxicity of the environment we now live in. It is no secret that the economic progress has led to alarming rises in the number, as well as levels, of heavy metals in the air we breath in, the food we eat, the water we drink.
Under normal, healthy environment with nutritionally abundant uncontaminated soil and clean air and water, the body would receive all the nutrients it needs and perform all the cleaning and detoxification procedures efficiently, without the need for any interference from our part.
However, we do not live in an ideal environment, and unfortunately things are not getting any better. Which means that our body needs help – in the form of mineral supplementation in order to ensure detoxification from heavy metals.
Minerals play a vital role not only in detoxification of the body from heavy metals, but also help protect all tissues from further radioactive damage. Popular thinking is that radiation protection mostly involves using iodine, so iodine supplements have been taken in large numbers recently, by those who need it and those who don’t, while supplementation in such vital minerals as magnesium and selenium is being often overlooked.
Magnesium supports all the body systems and detoxification processes. It provides the body with the energy it needs to ensure the elimination of toxins.
Magnesium is an integral part of glutathione – a detoxifying agent which protects the body from oxidative damage. It binds toxins into soluble substances excreting them with urine through the kidneys. When magnesium is deficient, the body cannot produce sufficient glutathione, leading to cellular damage from free radicals, which leaves them exposed to further radioactive damage. Liver, kidneys, the heart, the longs, as well as other organs of the body all have glutathione, and with magnesium deficiency all of these vital organs are exposed to radiation.
Magnesium plays a vital role in detoxification of the body from such toxins as mercury, cadmium, lead, aluminium,
The best way to supplement magnesium in the home environment is through the skin. Magnesium chloride is the most easily absorbed form of magnesium. So I can suggest using magnesium massage, magnesium spray, magnesium bath, foot bath, magnesium wrap, and any form of magnesium application you can think of.
Selenium is a trace element which protects body cells from oxidative damage. According to scientific research, “low serum Se levels have been reported in pediatric and adult patients with cancers. On the other hand, hair Se levels, predicting the long-term body Se status, have been reported in only adult patients with cancer.” Ozgen, Ilker Tolga MD et al.
Journal of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology: August 2007 – Volume 29 – Issue 8 – pp 519-522
Another study concluded that “metal binding is a primary mechanism of selenium antioxidant activity, and both the chemical functionality of the selenium compound and the metal ion generating damaging hydroxyl radical significantly affect selenium antioxidant behavior.”
Erin E. Battin, Matthew T. Zimmerman, Ria R. Ramoutar, Carolyn E. Quarles and Julia L. Brumaghim Preventing metal-mediated oxidative DNA damage with selenium compounds
Powdered zeolite clinoptilolite and bentonite or green montmorillonite clay are invaluable in providing detoxification both through the skin, and when taken orally.
Both clays and zeolite are irreplaceable in detoxification processes because they are highly sorbent, as well as chemically active. Their chemical activity is due to freely available cations within their structures which when clays and zeolite are hydrated can exchange these cations for heavy metals. This property has been known for decades, and is being used in industrial applications agriculture – for example, in water purification, soil and feed additive. However, the cation exchange capacity of zeolite still have a potential for much wider range of applications, and its ability to remove heavy metals out of the body is still not used on a wide scale.
Zeolite clinoptilolite and clays have proved their wonderful anti-radioactive properties many times over. They are used by the military (including the British forces which are at risk of radioactive contamination). They are stocked near most nuclear sites and plants. If it was not for clays and zeolite, the Chernobyl disaster would have had much more devastating effects. Thousands of tonnes of clays and zeolite were used to cover up the site and the reactor. People were given zeolite-based galettes to help decontaminate them from the heavy metals. The problem is – they were given too late, when many people had already received a lethal dose of radiation.
However, they can certainly help those of us who are exposed to moderate doses of radiation. Clays trap heavy metals between their platelets, thanks to a slight negative charge which is created between the platelets when clays are hydrated. The negative charge attracts positively charged ions of heavy metals. However, the holding power of clays is weaker than that of zeolite, since the platelets are freely movable, and the particles between the clays can still escape given the right conditions.
Zeolites have a stronger ‘holding power’. This is due to their cage-like structure which is interspersed with multiple channels of a very small diameter. Inside those channels zeolite has freely available cations of sodium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, etc – the cations which are normally required by the body in large quantities. These ‘safe’ cations are exchanged for heavy metals in the process of cation exchange. Apart from detoxification, the process of cation exchange also provides minerals which the body requires for everyday functioning.
I have been asked about liquid zeolite and whether it is as effective as powdered zeolite. I cannot answer this question, since I have no first-hand evidence whether liquid zeolite works, but in my opinion, since zeolite works thanks to its cage-like structure and cation exchange mechanism, I am not quite sure how the structure cannot be broken during its liquidation. Having read all the information in this respect, I am still to be convinced on the subject. However, these are my own doubts, and if liquid zeolite helps you, then good luck with it.
