The oil may sting slightly if you have sensitive skin. If so, dilute by wiping with a damp cloth or similar.

These magnesium chloride flakes from Holland are of a very high purity from the Zechstein Sea. Zechstein magnesium salts are directly extracted from the earth by a process known as solution mining.
The formation of magnesium chloride from the Ancient Zechstein Sea is over 250 million years old.
An economical way of using the flakes is to create you own ‘magnesium’ oil by adding the flakes to water.
Ideally, use distilled water and a ratio of roughly 40% flakes, 60% water.
For best effect, and ease of use, use an atomiser spray bottle. These can be obtained inexpensively from chemists or on eBay.
