Scalp Update

Author: In my last post I mentioned an experiment with magnesium gel that I’ve undertaken. I’ve been applying it to my scalp for a few days – one day on, one day off. I leave it in place for about an hour and then rinse it out.
So far, my scalp is clear of both dandruff and those nastier “crusty bits” I mentioned before.
The experiment is ongoing. I’ll keep you posted. So far, so good.

Scalp!
On a personal note, I thought I’d try an experiment. For some time, my scalp has not been particularly “healthy”. I’ve either had what appears to be dandruff, or sometimes sore-like emissions from my scalp (I know, charming isn’t it).
Well, I thought I’d try magnesium chloride gel as a remedy. I applied some to my scalp, left it there for an hour, and rinsed it off.
Over the following few days, my scalp appears to be clear! I’m not saying that this will work for everybody – and I am monitoring the resulkts on an ongoig basis – still applying the magnesium chloride gel periodically.
Note: Sometimes, magnesium chloride can feel a little sore when applied. If this you cannot tolerate this, simply apply some water to dilute the effect.
